Bodily Injury Liability – provides payment for injuries, loss of wages and medical expenses.
Property Damage – pays for damage to someone else’s property.
Personal Injury Protection – Provides for payment of medical expenses, loss of wages and other related expenses for the driver of the insured vehicle.
Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage – Provides for payment of medical expenses, loss of wages and other related expenses for liability assumed as a result of an incident with an uninsured or under insured motorist.
Comprehensive – Provides for payment for damages to your vehicle from “other than a collision loss”. Usually has an amount that the vehicle owner is responsible for paying(Deductible).
Collision – Provides for payment of damages to your vehicle as a result of a collision with another object. Usually has an amount that the vehicle owner is responsible for paying (Deductible)
Towing & Labor – Provides for reimbursement up to a specific $ amount for eligible towing or labor expenses.
Loss of Use (Rental Reimbursement) – Provides for reimbursement of the cost of renting or leasing a replacement vehicle as a result of a collision or comprehensive loss. Usually subject to a daily and overall maximum.
